Make a classic beef-stand quality Italian Beef or Combo at home! We start with Midwest-raised, antibiotic/hormone-free USDA Prime Chuck Roll, rolled in Jeff’s family blend of garlic, spices & herbs. It's then slow-cooked for hours until tender and shaved so thinly that when it hits the au jus or “gravy” it literally melts in your mouth. Comes ready to heat and serve! Want to make it a combo? Add our locally-made mild sausage, hot sausage, or both!

We pride ourselves on the freshest delivery possible. Orders placed Monday will ship Tuesday and those ordered on Tuesday will ship Wednesday.
