MPHQ is a warehouse/fulfillment only and we do not have a storefront. If you would like to pick up a custom order, call us at 833-676-3287 and we’ll tell you when it’s ready for pick up!
Of course, we are available to speak live from 8-4pm CST Monday-Friday at 833-676-3287. If we’re busy, please leave a message after the beep and we’ll get right back to you!
Shipping & Returns
We pride ourselves on the freshest delivery possible, to ensure you receive your box within 3 days of shipment we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. If your order will not arrive within a 3 day window, we will hold the order until the following Monday. We do not want your beautiful meat sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. All orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, Tuesday OR Wednesday. Once shipped, orders take anywhere from 1 to 3 days to arrive depending on your location. Sure can! Place your order online and select for pickup. You will get a email when the order is ready and can pick it up at MPHQ at:5000 Varsity Dr, IL 60532.
The Giardiniera and Rubs will arrive in a second shipment very close to when you receive your perishable Meat Box or Sandwich kit.
